On Friday 15th December 2017, our team will host it’s annual Christmas Fundraising event in support of local charity Evolve NorthWest.
Last year, this event raised in excess of £400 to support young people locally and the community. This year, we’re aiming to raise four times this through the support of our staff, students and employers.
Evolve Northwest is a charity that aims to reduce and prevent volatile substance abuse through educating and advising young people at risk.
HOW DO WE FUNDRAISE AT THIS EVENT?
From 09:00am to 11:30am, our team will don our christmas hats and host a number of activities, including a ‘Know it all Showdown’ quiz, breakfast and cake sale, tombola, darts competition, engineering stalls, and will finish with a Christmas Raffle.
Last week, we received an extremely generous donation from the electrical department at Balfour Beatty, based in Capenhurst. The electrical team save a generous £10 a fortnight to support many local deserving charities at Christmas time. Many thanks to George, Charlie and the whole Electrical Department for this very generous donation.
This generous donation has really kick started fundraising activities here, but we still need more support from local companies.

DROP IN & DONATE
If you are unable to sponsor a stall, there is still a way you can support our team and chosen charity. We would love for our apprentices and employers to stop by and attend this event as guests. While our team appreciate the build up to Christmas and busy period, any support that you could give as a valued client, would be greatly appreciated.
