Careers at The Engineering College

As the most wide-ranging provider of engineering apprenticeships and related training in the Liverpool City Region, we thrive when industry does.

We have built our team with experienced time-served engineers who recognise and respect the diversity of engineering and advanced manufacturing sectors, instilling an enthusiasm, respect and ambition in our students that is unrivalled elsewhere.

A passion for inspiring people lies at the heart of our business and all of our team play a vital role in supporting and training these people into long-term careers.

What makes us different?

First and foremost, the Engineering College is a registered charity. We invest profits back into the business, creating better facilities, conditions and a working environment for staff and students alike. We have a team of 40-strong and a great community culture where collaboration and skills development are the essence of our business. We pride ourselves on creating a flexible environment for all of the team and embrace a hybrid workforce, encouraging both on site and remote working.

Opportunities regularly open up within different trade teams and we are always open to applications. If you think that you’re inspirational, a real mentor or have relevant engineering experience / qualifications, we’d love to hear from you.

If your skills and experience meets one of our live vacancies, we’ll be in touch to discuss!
